The worst dentist ever. Ruined my teeth and told me to take exedrin for pain 20 minutes before brushing for life. She should be stopped from practicing dentistry or even practicing bag lady at at grocery store.
The dentist and dental tech are superb. Except their staff name Diane in the billing who have issue with anger management. She needs to attend cultural sensitivity class. At her age she should have known better. I am disppointed the way she talk to my wife. Is it because my wife is woman with color? Best Doctor in Modesto! I was nervous at first getting a procedure done with my gums, and Doctor Bains made me feel calm; comfortable when getting my surgery done with her. Amazing staff, and I even got my retainer clean for free. I am very grateful to have found a Doctor who really is knowledgeable, and caring about her patients. Also, all of the staff were amazing, and friendly! I will recommend friends and family to go to her.
