So the first time I ever went to Ren on the Rock, I was referred by my buddy who happened to waltz in on the wrong day, but she still took him in (great customer service right there). Afterward, he told me that Ren asked him all sorts of questions before starting to make sure he got a cut he wanted (and he's not the kind of guy to come prepared with a photo), which piqued my interest because I had never had a haircut I truly liked at that point in time. Ren did such a great job listening to what I wanted and giving me a more natural look. She is very friendly and pays very good attention to detail. I will be back!

I'm so happy my brother wondered in here on the wrong day for his appointment and found Ren. She is the best hairstylist I've ever had. She puts so much love and care into her work and makes you feel your best. She always makes sure she knows exactly what you want and takes time to explain in detail the process and upkeep of different hairstyles. I've come to her for many trims now and a full color, and I'm always happy with my hair when she's done.

Ren is absolutely incredible! Since finding her, I’ll be letting nobody else touch my hair! Ren creates a welcoming environment, and truly takes the time to listen to her clients, as well as providing education, she really is the total package. You’re missing out if you’re not getting your hair done by Ren 💗
