I had my first appointment today with Lindsey J., and I could NOT be happier! I’m a girl with super thick, dense and coarse red hair. If you’re a thick-haired girl, you understand that you need a stylist who truly KNOWS how to tame thick hair and often it’s hard to find one. Thick haircuts really are their own skill set. Been searching for a new hair salon for awhile. I was at the Worcester Public Market and decided to stop in and see maybe I can talk to someone and possibly make an appointment. There were 4 ladies busy with clients so I was prepared to wait a little bit. Not once was I acknowledged by anyone eventhough they did see me waiting. In the end I ended up walking out. Not a great impression for a potential new client.
Loved my experiences Ren'a + Co. Very professional and welcoming. Stylist listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. They also have lots of great hair products for sale.
