Julia is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. She just lost to potential loyal customers. First time I took my daughter to have a hair cut WITH an appointment, Julia was more than 30 minutes late. She wasn't even at the salon. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and a pretty good tip because my daughter liked her hair cut very much. The salon is very relaxing. I was offered a drink and magazines while my color sat. Loved the music and conversation. My haircut is amazing and color the color is perfect!
