Remy was awesome! His knowledge of Oakland and his connections in the real estate world were so so helpful for us in closing. He helped us get into a home we are so incredibly happy with and he was so helpful along the journey as first time home buyers. Even after closing he has helped us with some random questions which we are so appreciative of and shows he truly cares about his clients. Remy Weinstein has now represented us twice as sellers and both times we have been blown away by the results. Both house sold after 2 weekends. The first house, sold in 2019, became the most viewed property in Oakland on Zillow and received 10 offers. It sold for ~15% over asking price.
