We recently visited friends staying here and fell in love with the apartment complex ! Everyone was so nice, the grounds were beautiful, and the location was perfect. I know if our future has Colorado in it
We've been living here for about 2 years. The complex was originally called Chateau at Villa Del Prado and it was a great place to live. Management was friendly and the place had personality. It then changed hands and was renamed Remy and as is typical, the place has gone downhill. They've tightened the rules (bait and switch) and started charging for random things (like hallway electricity?).
