UPDATE: The owner has now responded below. Accusing me of posting a false review. I have the original booking, immediate cancellation, and phone call recorded. I would never post a false review to harm a business. However, when you continue to falsely bill my insurance to collect money, I will stand up for myself. Everything I have posted is 100% true. I booked an appointment with this counseling office and then immediately cancelled the same day as I realized medication could not be prescribed. The doctor, Mr.Growcock has now been committing insurance fraud and billing my insurance as he has my information on file from when I booked. I have never once met with him. We only spoke once for a 15 second phone call because he called to ask me why I cancelled. I cancelled way before the cancellation period. If you are thinking about making an appointment with David, do it!! I went to a different counselor before David that had more reviews and I wish I went to David first. He is very understanding and doesn’t pick sides. He gives real and reasonable advice and all around I can tell he really cares about people. He is very personable and flexible with in person visits or video calls. We leave every appointment with specific things to work on and in better spirits. Thanks David!
