Would simply not waste my time, had a re roof on half of our home done and the following summer did siding to reveal this mess. Chimney had significant water damage, met with Jan and Jason whom were very quick to point out why the water got into the chimney and that it was a fairly common issue. Problem being they re used the piece that was installed “incorrectly for a second time”. The entire west side of the chimney had to be replaced…..couple hundred bucks offered for $3300 repair.
