Fantastic experience! We liked our veterinarian so much we followed Dr. Hagerman up to this clinic (even though it’s about an hour away) when she started working there. We had our first visit at Lower Columbia today, and all of the staff were fantastic. Our dogs are very anxious at the vet, and everyone was extremely kind and patient with them and with us; we really appreciated it. Oh, and Cara was an expert urine collector! Highly recommend.
This place is very unprofessional. I was told on Friday that if my dog needed euthanasia to call first thing Monday morning. I've been calling from 8am -11am and they have an answering machine on. Left messages, no return call. Closes at 1pm. Thanks alot for more added stress and anxiety during this most difficult time. You really dropped the ball.
