A very professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable REMSA EMT team arrived this morning to quickly assess and administer exactly what was necessary to get my husband's hypoglycemia rapidly under control. I can't thank Andrea and Daniel adequately for their superior medical knowledge and assistance to both of us. What great paramedics they both are and what a wonderful and needed asset this service is to the Reno community! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I attended the B-Con training yesterday and it was awesome. Avery Baldwin did a fantastic job both class room, and applications. I will be back tomorrow for CPR, AED, and first aid.
They were called to my daughter's school for her and they were great. Everything was explained to me about what they were doing and why. Paramedic A. Carpenter was really great about not only explaining what was going on but also offering comfort to both of us. Just wanted to say that they were amazing. And Thank you so much.
