Ulises is the best! I went to 3 different shops, decline my e-bike, gave me a bunch of excuses to not repair my e-bike. Ulises did a great job for a reasonable price!

10/10. New favorite bike shop. No pretension, Ulysses is super knowledgable, kind, and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my Tern GSD bike after I attempted to fix a flat on my own and fixed it in minutes. Checked my work overall and made me much more confident to put my kids back on it! It's such a relief to know there's an option for mobile bike repairs when e-bikes are so hard to transport when out of commission. Definitely switching to Ready for regular maintenance after this experience!
