I wish I had read reviews about RemoteBooksOnline before I had hired them. I'm in the process of trying to cancel and hopefully get a refund because a few days after getting started with them I decided I wanted someone more local to me. They have constantly told me that someone will call me back tomorrow, and I have called 3 times now and they just keep telling me someone will call me back. They've told me that they've already gotten started with the work, but I have yet to see any progress on the portals. This is very frust... read more

Remote Books online helped me do my bookkeeping for my small business. Remote Books online has great customer support, and customer focus. They make sure their customers are satisfied. In my case they help me quickly catch up with all my past transactions and help me to understand various categories and why the transaction is categorized so. Also the accountant is always available to answer any question you have via Phone or Email. I am really pleased with their service.

I used Remote Books Online in April and May of 2022. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. They completely messed up by books in two months. They made up fake invoices and mismatched payments in order to "force" my books to reconcile with the bank statement. I uploaded all the necessary documentation for the bookkeepers to balance my account. I am guessing they new looked at it. I now have a real CPA trying to fix all of the errors, but that's going to cost a lot of money. I do not recommend using this company.
