I used Remote Books Online and they have not been able to deliver at all. I was naive to think that they had such a professional looking website but they have not been professional at all. I paid what they call a discounted rate for the past 6 motnhs for them to work on them for my amazon business and they have absolutely no clue how to do taxes for ecommerce.
