Took it to Chris and he took the time to walk me through putting it in and making sure everything was done correct and working. We purchased a vehicle that only came with one key and needed another. They called around to make sure they could give me the best price, then came the very next day to pick my vehicle up, program the new key, and return it to my home. I could not have had a better customer service experience!
