They replaced my roof in 2020 after a hail storm destroyed my (albeit already leaky) roof. They provided quality work and a TOOOON of communication. There was a point my wife and I asked ourselves if we needed all the information they were giving us, so we asked them the same thing. Their response was that one of their main problems with the roofing industry as a whole is that there isn't any transparency, so they wanted to be the very upfront and communicative when working with their clients (I'm partially paraphrasing).

I have always felt it, is easy to know a good company from first contact, and that is exactly how I felt when I contacted remote roofing. They have excellent customer service. I was also very pleased with the way, Joe, gave me feedback and answered any questions I had. Great company, I recommended them to my cousins who ended up working with them as well!

We had an excellent experience working with the Remote Roofing team to have our roof and skylight replaced. They worked with our insurance adjuster to ensure our claim would cover all aspects of the roof and skylight replacement. Their consultant was great scheduling the job. The crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the job was completed.
