Update 11/19/25: Owner came over and explained additional details on the delay and inspected the roof more that showed why the delays are occurring. We are still waiting on the insurance to respond to continue with the repairs. I’ve had interior water damaged caused by roof issues since April. It’s about to be 7 months since I reached out to the remodeling company and no repairs have been made. The inside ceiling has been getting worse overtime and they keep telling me to wait for the insurance as it can take a year. I canno... read more

He didn't just explain the process; he offered to speak directly to the insurance company on my behalf, which was a huge relief. He clearly outlined the full process and duration, warning me not to give up, as these things can take a while.
