My 87-year-old step-father’s home was flooded during the April 19th, 2016 floods. On August 16th, 2016, he signed a contract and hired Mike Breaux, a local Pastor and owner of The Remodel Pro to complete the repairs to his home. There was a specific draw schedule laid out in the contract for when additional funds would be paid out. DO NOT USE HIM!!! Mike Breaux is an absolutely horrible contractor. Promised us work after we paid him and has now walked on 3 of our jobs. Will not even respond to phone calls or text. Will not give us the materials we've purchased. Basically stealing. We are now having to seek counsel and will cost us even more. This man is a thief and will make promises that I assure he will not keep but does a good job selling. I REPEAT DO NOY USE HIM EVER!!
