I have been a patient of Southlake Family Dental Care for many years. Dr. Frank's entire team works hard to make me feel welcome and provide outstanding service. They do great work, are timely, and are truly concerned about my dental health. They perform at a level that I've never experienced prior to becoming a patient in their office. My kids and I had our regular checkups and cleanings due and since this was my kids second visit at the office and had such a great experience the first time I decided to schedule my checkup also. We were greeted with wondeeful friendly staff and they made the appointments a breeze for my family. We are looking forward to our next visit!

This was recommended when I recently moved to the area. I felt the care was very comprehensive, yet a gentle approach. Any issues were addressed in a collaborative manner, after taking my input into account. The hygienist goes through each step of the cleaning process, what is covered by insurance and what is not so you know what to expect. They also provide a care plan with price estimates so you are not surprised by any bills.
I am not one of those people who jumps at the opportunity to see the dentist. In fact I fear it, but Dr. Frank's make me feel at ease and helped me with my dental issue. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone!!!
