Lied to us from the beginning. Then had car over a month and didnt even fix problem. Took it to Mercedes in Hoover and in 2 days all is well

David and his crew are wonderful to work with. If you are looking for a mechanic that will shoot straight with you and not try to sell you something you don’t need, David is your man. A little bit of a drive for us but worth it!
I took my Jeep in there last Thursday to get oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. I also had a new soft top for my Jeep I was looking to get put on. They told me they never put on a soft top before but David told me he'd look at it and see what they could do. They ran into some problems at the shop which delayed me from getting my Jeep back in a decent time frame but that was no big deal! He worked with me and I worked with him.
