Yesterday. Saturday. After buying my items using my credit card I asked to chance a twenty dollar bill to two tens (part of my sisters birthday present) but was told there was aren’t allowed to give change anymore told by corporate. That’s stupid. As a long time customer (since it first opened as Biggs) I’ll be going to a friendlier place. Ben was the front desk manager who refused to break my twenty. Friend slipped on wet unmarked floor and hadt o have shoulder surgery. They refuse to accept liability even though there were witnesses and store manager filled out report at the time. Very poor customer service. Recommend you shop elsewhere.
