I had a very disappointing experience at Remix Salon today with the owner, Elizabeth. My friend had called and booked two blowouts for us, as I had an engagement to attend this evening. When I arrived, Elizabeth was in the middle of working on another client doing a root service, and it was immediately clear that she had double booked herself.
