Jen is so upbeat and enthusiastic in every one of her classes. She always has modifications for anyone who needs them. She really pays attention to proper form so that you are getting a great workout! I love taking her classes.
Becky is amazing. Her classes are the best! She is so well prepared and gives great instructions. You always know what is coming next! She is encouraging and so upbeat. You can’t help but have a good time. She is definitely one of my favorite instructors both spin and other classes.
I didn’t know a workout could feel like a party and a therapy session, but here we are. Remix is my happy place. I actually look forward to working out...who even am I? There are so many class times, it’s basically impossible to find an excuse not to go. And the class variety? It's literally the best. I’m so happy I joined Remix. I can’t believe I was missing out on such an awesome community. I absolutely love Yael’s heated rhythm/sculpt classes! They are my therapy!! I love leaving the class drenched in sweat. I feel so accomplished. I love Remix and all of the classes and instructors are amazing. I wouldn’t change a thing!!
