His tardiness and my missed work has been devastating. Excuses have ranged from being sick to running out of gas to couldn’t find enough concrete. It saddens me to give this company a two star rating. Ryan is such an admiral and a hard-working veteran. However, his tardiness and miscommunication for a timely job was totally unsatisfactory. Not being a concrete professional myself I also feel the final project was marginal. A one day job took him three visits on different days. I wasted a day and a half just waiting on him to show up.
