MY REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE WAS MET WITH RESPONSES THAT SHOWED THEY DIDN'T EVEN READ MY CONCERNS WITH ENOUGH THOUGHTFULNESS TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM, THEN A COUPLE OF EMAILS THAT DIDN'T EVEN ADDRESS THE ACTUAL PROBLEM, THEN I WAS GHOSTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
