We had a great experience with Remington Medical. Our sales rep, Grant, was extremely helpful and answered all our questions clearly. He also delivered the shockwave unit himself to our clinic and gave our staff a training session on how to use the unit and how to maintain it. Excellent experience with Remington Medical. I was having an issue with my shockwave equipmnent and had received some very expensive quotes from other companies for replacement.
