Dealing with Annina, has truly been an unpleasant experience. I don’t quite understand how this is even possible? I was referred to this supplier by sick kids hospital for a CPM machine. Both the hospital staff and myself couldn’t believe how long it took to get a hold of Annina to begin with but finally after getting her direct line, she certainly answers the phone, says she is going to do something and definitely doesn’t.
