Ordered some wire with ground shipping on May 7th. Shipping tracking showed it as the package had not been dropped off to the USPS shipper. Notified customer support on May 13th and they said it shipped but may have not been scanned. May 17th no update so customer care said they sent it out to wait till next friday before they do anything. May 20th still nothing and they restated they won't do anything till Friday.
