I explained to this place that I had a criminal history and what it was(check fraud/theft). They told me they accept felons and I wouldn't be discriminated against. I spent 95 dollars submitting an application and they denied me because of my criminal history. I work very hard to earn my money and I feel robbed by these people. I've lived here a month and everything has been wonderful. location is amazing! Jasmine helped me. She’s awesome🤟🏽The Staff is top notch and my neighbors are friendly and respectful. It is very quiet..haven't heard a peep of noise. The apartment itself upon move in was clean and move in ready🙏🏽🙌🏽Sparkling clean!! ✨My main thing is feeling safe and secure. 👍The gym is my favorite part., currently at Desert .. can’t wait till the remodel is complete at Remington . I have lived in these apartments for about 8 years now, lots of ups and downs of course but the biggest up is definitely the office staff... especially Jasmine. We were going through a very tough time.... I won't get into the details but Jasmine was there for me. I hardly knew her and she took the time to talk to me, she hugged me and made me feel like things were going to be ok which they were! I will never forget that day...
