There is a difference between negligence and malicious intent.. The condition of this building and the activity of the property management/owner would lead you to believe that they are MALICIOUS... This property was constructed in 1910 with previous use as a motel and is now "licensed" as a Rooming House.. The property management requires tenants to sign a ONE YEAR LEASE without full knowledge of the building conditions. This is a rooming house that the New Jersey department of health needs to inspect. It’s infested with rats, roaches and bed bugs, frequent sewage leakages, ceiling leakages. Only one bathroom for tenants and the rooms are tiny for the cost. Also the Jewish manager and his Spanish maintenance team are prejudice against black people.
Little crackhouse on the prairie. A lady that lives there told me that she woke up one morning to a roach standing on her chest zipping up his pants and smoking a newport.
