Confused There is no pool or clubhouse @ the Ikon, laundry room consists of 3 washers & 3 dryers for a 44 unit building that ranges from studio-3 bedroom. The Ikon does not have balconies, patios or a porch & the "fenced lot" is the dog park.
Do not move here!! I wouldn’t recommend unless you have no other choice. Landlord is rude and doesn’t care to fix anything. Money is the only thing they care for. If you have any issues with your apartment they don’t care. Maintenance won’t show up for days. I’ve had several issues and they don’t care to fix it. Have to beg to get something fixed or replace. Happens with all my neighbors as well. The landlord harasses you for rent even before is due. Had to call the health department to make them patch holes on walls. Don’t ... read more
Nice surroundings .. Noisey neighbors and management will not care Yes the place is in nice area and has potential to be great place to live.. If it weren’t for the fact that some of the neighbors are loud all hours of day and night and when u complain the management just makes excuses for them. And does nothing about it. Money seems to be more important than your comfort to them. If you want real peace do not move here the walls and floors are paper thin and everything can be heard
