I have been living in the Remington Court apartment since 2022, and it has been the best experience. The leasing and maintenance team is very responsive and quick. There were a few maintenance requests I made, and they were addressed on the same day. In the community, I enjoyed pond view, spent time on the patio, enjoyed a sprinkle, and a nature walk around the pond. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel it’s necessary. The manager, Ronda, has been extremely rude and shows a very unprofessional attitude toward clients. She says one thing and then makes us do another, which creates confusion and frustration. My mother and I had a very unpleasant experience because of this. On top of that, we were only able to recover $100 from our $300 application, which feels unfair—especially when we are paying for a service but are treated with disrespect and poor customer ser... read more
I’ve been to Remington Court many times to visit and it is charming. The management keep it neat and clean.
I had an absolutely terrible experience living at this apartment, and I strongly urge anyone considering it to look elsewhere. The front desk staff are shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. When I requested basic, essential documents, they blatantly refused to provide them and treated me with complete disrespect. Communicating with them is not just frustrating—it’s a nightmare.
