I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel it’s necessary. The manager, Ronda, has been extremely rude and shows a very unprofessional attitude toward clients. She says one thing and then makes us do another, which creates confusion and frustration. My mother and I had a very unpleasant experience because of this. I’ve been to Remington Court many times to visit and it is charming. The management keep it neat and clean.
I had an absolutely terrible experience living at this apartment, and I strongly urge anyone considering it to look elsewhere. The front desk staff are shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. When I requested basic, essential documents, they blatantly refused to provide them and treated me with complete disrespect. Communicating with them is not just frustrating—it’s a nightmare. Warning to those who try to apply. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT! Cheap rent means you get poor service!!! I will tell every single facts I experienced at the horrible apartment: 1. My dishwasher was broken since I moved in and it took almost half a year for they to fix it even though I kept contacting the leasing office. 2. The kitchen drain was clogged (it was the main drain not just mine) for two months, every time the upstairs used it, those gross water flooded my entire kitchen. Lived here for the last 4 years and honestly have no complaints. Maintenance has always gotten things done in a timely manner and management has always been great as well. Area is really nice and the community is usually very quiet. I have been very happy here and don't plan on moving any time soon!
