Do NOT live here. Leasing office is nice until you actually start living there, it’s filled with bs second hand fees they sneak in and so many unnecessary rules you need to follow. Not to mention they are charging me hundreds of dollars for a “cleaning service” even though me and my room mate spent HOURS scrubbing down the whole place, filling all tiny holes (which we were told we could leave them but we knew it was bs). on top of charging us a $600 late notice fee even though they never told us about that in the first place... read more
Went to the office for a couple of things. No complaints! Ashton helped me with everything & put in a work order for me. Thanks Ashton, for taking your time with me. Maintenance Diego stopped by & assisted with the work order. As always he is a great person, did the job & went on to the next job. Definitely 5 stars from me! Thanks Diego, stay cool out there!
Excellent service! Professional..knowledgeable..and very kind..so important when you are a Senior tenant. Thank you George..you had many jobs to tackle in my apt. And did the chores very well.
Would not really recommend living here. It's quite old and in need of renovation. The management is decent, with appropriate response for work orders. They were kind of acting suspicious when I moved out and was trying to get back my (partial) deposit. Took them 3 months to the point where I had to escalate to get my money back!
