We were very happy with the Process from beginning to end. Jonathon, our rep was very friendly and helpful. He was just like a helpful neighbor and we were always happy to see him. Austin, our builder was fantastic, answered all our questions and helped out after things were completed. After care and warranty repairs were great too. There were some minor things that I wish were part of upgrades, like vented garages, better water shut off valves, water bibs in front and back vs sides. But these are minor.
