I am so sorry to report this. I lived at the Remington for 3 years. Unhappy with how dark the apartments are, WIFI - not a good connection. No many windows and some other issues with toilets, plumbing and ventilation not great, inconsistent helpfulness especially at the end. However, I do not complain until I have to. I moved out - I followed the rules of the lease, but management did not. Staff is a bit disgruntled at times. This is my third year at Remington in Ladera Ranch. And I’ve been very happy with the staff and very very happy with the maintenance. I enjoy the company of all the residents.
