2022: Application and office communication was fast and clear. Our leasing agent Brianna was sweet and caring from the first day. Maintenance has a clear fast and efficient turn around time. Visited a friend and had my vehicle registered as a guest. They towed my truck illegally and are now holding my truck hostage for money. I'd rate negative stars if I could.

Very frustrating with there towing system my car that is registered as a permanent vehicle has been towed twice now called the towing company and they said they didn't have it thinking my car was stolen called the police and they said no the towing company has it what is the point of registering your vehicle if they are still going to tow it
