BAD maintenance, very BAD! They do not fix things correctly. They do halfway repairs just as cheap as they can to save money. Then they have to come back again and again to repair. Because they do not do it right the first time. what A joke! The trees and other landscape have not been trimmed in years. You cant walk to your apartment in some areas because the bushes are over the walkway. The rent goes up by about 25.00 every year. And the service goes down.
