Actually one of the worst property management companies I’ve had to deal with. If you’re dealing with Kevin Middleton, good luck ever getting an update on any ticket you submit, unless you call a million times yourself and get some shred of an answer from the receptionist. Poorly run and terrible customer service, happy to take your strata fees though.
Another terrible management company. Stay clear of any property that has them managing. Accountability and communication are non-existent with them. Have never had a good experience and many others with experience with them share the same sentiment.
I was happy to hear the presentation last week. We went over all of our statements and reports and it really helps to do this. I feel clear about the information. Thank you for arranging this and for overseeing our finances.

Very poor communication and management of strata is just disappointing. Update: Your reply “We were unable to locate your name in our records of registered owners or tenants” just goes to show how incompetent you are, the building is managed by new management after you were kicked out 3 months ago! Just you replying 3 months later goes to show how poor your responsiveness is. Wei Pan the strata manager is one of the most incompetent people I had to deal with. What a Joke you guys!
