I would strongly caution families to ask very detailed questions before choosing this hospice agency, particularly when caring for someone with serious kidney disease or other complex medical conditions. My father was placed on hospice with kidney disease. I repeatedly expressed concerns about morphine and questioned whether it was appropriate for him.
