Dr Jain and his team provide compassionate hospice services to those living in the community and at various healthcare facilities. Their customer service and working with their providers is painless and easy! The care provided is also top notch, they treat their patients like family and it gives me comfort knowing I can call them at a moments notice and the job is done with quality in mind!
My dad has dementia and we are out of the stage of treating but need to ease him into the last leg of the journey. I called Remembrance and they were patient and kind and sincere in addressing my questions and concerns. I felt like I was talking to a friend in their response to caring for my dad and caring how this will impact me as his caregiver and the family as a whole.
