I went there this week based on reviews. Was at Shoppers earlier and line up was long, and yes, they rarely fill same day. So I left and did some research. Decided to make a move and very happy I did. I agree - the staff are friendly and helpful. They followed up with me, as they said they would. I recommend.
Bloor West Pharmacy has great service. I used to use Shopper DM for everything. After I switched from Shoppers to Bloor West everything is now so easy. Shoppers is all about waiting for your prescription orders to force you to wander the store and buy things. Bloor West is all about service and efficiency. Excellent job!
I moved from a big box store to Remedy 6 months ago and here I will stay. Everyone behind the counter is friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They skillfully anticpate any prescriptions I might need. I appreciate the delivery service when I need it. It's wonderful to be recognized even when I'm wearing a mask. Highly recommend.
