Super unprofessional manager. Very Frustrating to work with. Down Right Rude.
I have had a lot of surgeries unfortunately, however, Remedy stands out. Why? Alice, the Nursing Director calling me on a Saturday afternoon to go over my medical history. She immediately made me feel at ease. I could tell she is one of those nurses that actually care about the patient as an individual not a number. I don’t recall the other names of the scrub techs or the owners name (Scott or Sean), but each one of them took the time to introduce themselves to me and my family in the lobby. They are very caring peothey.Do everytsing up above and beyond the Call of Duty to help people. I very highly recommend them
Great experience, All of the staff were so friendly and caring. They were quick and efficient, organized, prepared. Dr. Benner is wonderful! She is thorough in her explanation, everything went smoothly and exactly how she said. Would recommend highly and will use again in the future if ever needed. All of the nurses were great, especially Andrea!
