Cari was lacking in professionalism and integrity, and I would not patronize this business. She seems to work in a manner that is convenient for her schedule and wallet, with a lack of regard for the customer. TLDR: She started 25 minutes late and cheated me out of 15 minutes. She was prepaid $205 so I'm sure she didn't care. Take your chances with booking here. I booked a 90-minute massage to start at 2:15pm. I can't recommend Remedy Wellness Spa enough. I came in at 42 weeks pregnant looking for a natural way to encourage labor, hoping to avoid a medical induction, and specifically booked their prenatal massage. From the moment I walked in, the owner made me feel completely at ease — warm, patient, and genuinely attentive to what I needed. Omg I feel incredible. Cari is an absolute gem of a person with such restorative hands. My massage was fantastic. I've struggled to find someone who can really get into the muscles until her. Highly recommend!
