Horrible management and process. One digit was wrong on my insurance from my provider, they let it sit for days. You know what was not wrong?: My phone number, but no one called to correct the mistake. I had to call them every week for 3 weeks before they told me my insurance wouldn't cover them. Meanwhile I'm not sleeping. Life is difficult, without sleep it's hard to even get the motivation to seek help. This company is straight trash. There is no reason why this company could not process this within a week.
At home test is a joke!
The review from Mr Sean Carlin is not from Remedy Sleep Center. That facility has never been in a hotel. I believe he got it mixed up with another sleep center.
I spent two nights of my life at this facility, located in the Marriott Courtyard hotel. I was never measured for the mask and it was too small and tight so they ordered me back for another visit. I spent a second night at the sleep center and they provided me with a larger mask than my first visit. My medical insurance did not pay for any of these studies so I essentially through $2,000 dollars into the wind. Tip to the people that run this facility: Measure patients for the mask prior to starting the study.
