I never got a text or email confirmation of my apt today. Was supposed to be a 10am consult with Logan about hair health. I walked in a few days ago to set it up and the lady helped do so. I went in next door and asked if they're usually a little late. She checked the back to see if they were over there. They were not. Google says open at 9, and my apt was at 10. No one is there. Went to see Michelle on recommendation of a friend. Really great salon - great vibe. Michelle fixed all the mistakes I showed up with. I left feeling fresh and confident. Already booked my next visit.
