Mr Raphael was an excellent and professional plumber and he knew his business. Very focused to finish the job professionally and offered kind and professional advice about the problem. It was a leak that I had no idea where it was coming from and he knew exactly where it was from. I was so relieved that they helped me the same day they found the problem I can't say enough about this company if you hire them you won't be disappointed
After an initial issue was not resolved at a tenant's residence, RR sent out another crew to follow up on the issue which was a main drain blockage. Isaiah and Edwin addressed the issue and after negotiating the terms for the follow up work, they attacked the issue and got the main drain line cleared. Remedy Rooter did a great job of cleaning out the clogged pipes in the kitchen. I would recommend them to everyone !
I had a clogged toilet at one of my businesses but my 6 ft auger couldn’t help. Ricky came out and unclogged it. I also had them change out a toilet. Work was done quick and they had available same day. Thank you Ricky!
