I have to express my heart felt gratitude to Dr Masi and Karen at Remedy Plus Chatswood. After spending the past two years suffering in silence due to pelvic organ prolapse and other perimenopausal symptoms. Came here for micro suction and was left with a damaged ear canal that resulted in a severe middle ear infection. Multiple GP follow ups, antibiotics and finally sent me to ER and ENT specialist. Very rough treatment on a very delicate area of the body. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone and especially if you have children.

Thanks heaps for treating the spider veins on my legs. The results are fantastic, so I won't need to cover my legs during summer. Highly recommended👌👌👌

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely looked after and at ease. Dr Masi has a calm, reassuring manner and is exceptionally professional and meticulous. He explained everything clearly, making the whole procedure feel straightforward and comfortable, and was consistently caring throughout. I had a skin growth removed that I had been concerned about, and it was done with great care and precision.
