Every technician we've had from Remedy has been outstanding, but Idris was especially exceptional. I really appreciated his attention to detail and thoroughness throughout the visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood everything. Thank you Idris for providing such excellent service!

Dewey was fabulous, professional, and so personable. He explained what was going on and made us feel comfortable knowing we didn’t have as many pests as we thought. Their team is professional, got someone out ASAP to service the rental we are in for pests and more. I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience with this company!

Dewey did a great job and answered questions regarding bugs, spiders and mosquitos. We are very pleased with his knowledge and competence. This is our first time using Remedy Pet Control and we are reassured by the quality and level of service!
