This company exceeded my expectations. The technician who showed up was extremely professional and educational. Not only did he take precautions to protect my family and pets from his normal duties, he also took precautions to protect my family and himself against all the COVID19 threats. The technician also educated me in building good habits to prevent infestations, and how to spot them myself. I have been with Remedy for almost 3 years and never had any problems with the quality of service , the technicians are alway very polite and easy to talk with , if you have problems they will always help you with anything you need. The price is great and the dont charge you for every little thing. I have recomended them to everyone i know and will continue to do so .Remedy is the best pest control company have ever been with by far

Negatives -Customer Service was unprofessional and disrespectful to long standing customer. When an employee called to cancel the 2nd rescheduled appointment due to Tech training, we demanded a discount. Employee told us to go with another company. Sad since we have been with Remedy for so long and had good results with the products. We always had Sat appointments to monitor a thorough job otherwise we had to call for a respray. Please be very careful contracting with this company for pest control. I previously signed a contract for pest control and thought I was properly canceling the contract after calling and speaking with an employee. They never asked for canceling their services in writing yet I thought I was canceling by speaking to a company rep. I received over a year of service, Each time they provided service I would receive a call on my cell phone alerting me to a scheduled visit. Horrible office management. Nobody answers the phone when you call the office. I continuously leave messages to pay my bill and never hear back. This week we received a letter from collections that we hadn't paid our bill. This is not our fault, not only have they not reached out to us, they never sent us a follow up bill or letter until now.

The customer service is terrible, they never answer when you call, takes multiple phone calls to possibly receive a response sometimes no response, I've had billing issues, they are combative and disrespectful when trying to voice concerns, the product is not very good. I'm legitimately concerned that despite sending two letters to cancel my services one being certified mail and speaking to Tyler an employee to cancel my services that they may still service my house.
