I had my first appointment with James today and it became apparent very early on that I was in really good hands and came to the right place. The experience felt much more scientific and clinical than any massage I’ve had previously, as James seemed to really know how to find the areas in my back that have been causing me pain/discomfort. James is a great massage therapist! I really like he takes time to find out what is the root of the pain and apply both cupping and massage to address the pain points. Highly recommend to everyone, especially those who have chronic pain.

I’ve been seeing James regularly and he’s easily the best bodywork practitioner I’ve ever worked with. He’s incredibly intuitive and has a deep knowledge of the body, and his approach is always thoughtful and intentional. He consistently identifies areas contributing to my tension that I wouldn’t have thought about, and I always feel a real difference afterward. He’s also genuinely kind, professional, and creates a great, welcoming space. I’ve learned a lot from working with him and would highly recommend.
After a back operation and a spell with regular PT, I found James. What a difference! He does amazing work in getting my strength back and to walk better. I enthusiastically endorse James.
