I wanna give a thumbs up to Katie. She has been assisting with my care. Since then I have started receiving treatment and follow through from surgeons therapist etc. Thank you Katie for your continued care. I feel like I am finally being heard! You’re awesome. Keep up the great care.
Very poor service! Receptionist ok! The Doctor on the other hand! First let’s just start of by saying this women was awful! Secondly she stated she had no records for me and she can’t treat me, then wrote me a work status note stating I can go back to work? Now how does this work? You just stated you had no records so how is it your sending me back to work with no diagnosis or treatment! This place is a joke don’t waste your time!
Dr Rakkar is the MOST horrible doctor to see in the Bay Area. I was referred to him by one of his colleagues, who had very confidently told me that Dr Rakkar gives the injections that I need. But Dr Rakkar denied that he did any of the injections that his colleague had suggested. Really? He is clearly lying. I wish I could give him negative stars. The worst office staff I have ever encountered. I will be filing a report to the Medical Board of CA for their negligence of my care and for unprofessional conduct of patient abandonment. If your PCP refers you here, ask for somebody else. It’s really not worth the hassle. I would rate this office negative 5 stars if I could. They do not care about your care, pain, etc. They just want your money and get upset if you call them out on their mistakes.
