Had problems with the website and stopped into local branch to fill out application or find out why website wasnt helpful. Was informed by staff that they had 'no access to fix website' and to just use a fake email. Told them that doesnt solve anything when I'd be expecting email replies to an email that doesnt exist. Staff looked dumbfounded and I left questioning why id work for a staff that cant help with thier own website and/or doesnt understand why falsifying information on an application might not be helpful.
