I highly recommend Chloe. She's absolutely amazing and so easy to talk to, which really helps if you're nervous. She takes away a lot of the anxiety and makes the process 100 times easier. I’ve gotten five piercings from her and wouldn’t go to anyone else!
As an ex ICU nurse I am, let me say, a tad obsessed with hygiene and infection control 🤣 Will is all over it, in every way. Seriously, he’s on it. I’ve wanted a septum piercing for 30 years, and safe to say it’s done. I’m not joking when I say I barely felt it, and 2 days later still I can’t feel a thing. I went to Remedy yesterday and had such a great experience. Chloe was incredibly calm and reassuring from the moment I walked in. I’ve had piercings done at less reputable places before that ended up getting infected, so I was a bit nervous, but the difference here was obvious straight away. They only use high-quality jewellery and Chloe clearly has so much knowledge about what can actually go in your body and heal properly. Chloe was very friendly and patient, and the experience was great. She genuinely provided service from the customer’s perspective.
From beginning to end our experience was not good. Wish I could write something positive here, but can't! The ear piercings my daughter received are so completely uneven that she's taken them out. Despite lengthy ongoing statements from William about how skilled he is, it really didn't equate to a good result. A little less talking from both staff members and more listening and concentrating would be a good start.
