From beginning to end our experience was not good. Wish I could write something positive here, but can't! The ear piercings my daughter received are so completely uneven that she's taken them out. Despite lengthy ongoing statements from William about how skilled he is, it really didn't equate to a good result. A little less talking from both staff members and more listening and concentrating would be a good start. Chloe explained what she was doing throughout my Septum piercing which was extremely calming. I felt reassured by Chloe and knew i was in very safe hands.The attention to cleanliness was like I had not seen before. Overall the experience was amazing and I would heartily recommend Remedy to all. Extremely professional setting wish I could give more than 5 stars. LOVE my piercing xxx🥰
I got my Labret pierced here a year ago and it was the best piercing experience I have had! Out of all my piercings that I had gotten from different places, this one was the piercing that caused me the least problems. Chloe did a great job! I was nervous to get my first piercing but she put me at ease and was happy to talk through options and share her knowledge.
Great experience getting pierced here. I’ve had many done in the past and have never felt as safe and informed as I did here. They are extremely hygienic and professional. Even during healing when I called with a minor concern Chloe gave me advice and reassured me.
