I am disappointed in my recent experience at Remedy. A couple years ago I looked for a local place just for a haircut. The two stylists I had for my first two cuts were fantastic. My haircuts were great!! Presley did a exceptional job! Last week I called to see if I could get in last minute. They put me with Ramsey. When I went in, it was for a trim as my hair is not very damaged. She asked if she could put long layers in and I agreed. I was referred to Remedy by a neighbor. I went and a lady named Presley cut my hair. She did great so I continued with 4 more haircuts with her. Today, I went for my scheduled appointment at 8:30am and the young lady at the counter told me that Presley had quit 2 weeks ago. No one called me, not Remedy nor Presley. So I ask her if I can make an appointment with someone new, she says that we are booked up till mid June. The lady was rude, didn't want to retain my business at all. Absolutely perfect! Loved that they could fit me in. So appreciate how what I described came to be. Exactly the haircut and style I was looking for! Presley was wonderful!
Presley always knows exactly what I want! They use top quality products and my hair always leaves super soft and shiny. Very clean atmosphere.
